Hammett’s Collection is a group of novelty restaurants and establishments founded by 24-time award-winning Chef and restauranteur Chris Hammett.
All establishments in the Hammett’s Collection are renowned for providing unique dining experiences and excellence in quality cuisine in prime locations around Malta.
OUR VENUES

Hammett’s Mestizo Malta is a vibrant Meso-South American social dining and drinking experience. The venue is spacious, with high ceilings, a stylish bar and an open kitchen.
The restaurant consists of two floors and since it’s part of the Number 11 hotel, the rooftop pool area can also be booked for events.

Hammett’s Monastik is a local, modern continental European dining experience, offering a modern take on traditional dishes from mainland Europe.
The venue has a front part consisting of a bar area and a terrace with views of the Marsamxett Harbour, the back dining area integrated with an open kitchen and a nature-inspired backroom decorated with a green wall.

Hammett’s Gastro Bar is a unique, city-inspired social dining experience. The cuisine is Asian Fusion, with flavours from all over the Asian continent.
The venue has an extensive bar at the centre of the space. There is a terrace with views of the Marsamxett Harbour out front and a private event room at the back of the restaurant.

Hammett’s Mestizo Menorca is our latest restaurant and first one abroad. Meso-South American social dining and drinking experience.
The restaurant consists of two floors , with a spacious closed space on the 1st floor with exclusive views from de Mahon Harbour.
